It has been quite a while since I last posted, I have acutally been doing fairly well...I try to eat less, while eating more...meaning, I eat less, but I eat more often, that way I stay full, I eat tiny meals about every 3 hours or so...
I have been getting up and moving quite a bit, walking and swimming...I think I need a bike so I can go bike riding...we have a pull along thing for the kids...I love to ride bikes!
I eat a meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese sandwich for lunch this week...thats pretty darn healthy, then with the swim lessons, well, dinner is hard, but I try to pre make it, so the kids can eat it before they leave the house and meet me at work...and I can have a tub of it during their lessons...that way I get a full tummy and I am not wanting fast food...
I don't know if I am losing weight yet...again, I don't know where my scale is...but I am not losing clothing sizes yet, but I plan to walk a little more once the heat cools down a bit...at 100+ degrees, it is just waaaaayyyyyy toooooooooooo hot to do any thing...thanks for following my journey.
Please post any ideas that you may have, I am very interested in hearing them, and maybe trying them out!

Weekend
I know, I didn't post all weekend...it got crazy with toilet problems, and get an organ(instrument)...and everything else!
Friday for dinner...it didn't go so well...I had pizza...I did fairly well for the rest of the weekend...I did alright today...but then ate cheetos popcorn thing...it was yummy!
I know, not so healthy...
I am trying it takes stumbles along the way...I will learn...and don't forget, I take suggestions, if you find a killer recipe, healthy of course...I would love to have it

Breakfast and my day...
I had Safeway brand capn crunch this morning...I know, not the healthiest, but yummy...When ever that wears off...I am hoping not until lunch, but if it comes before...I have an Apple Cinnamon Fiber Bar...
I am not quite sure what will be dinner tonight...depends if I have the other half of the chicken breast left or not...but I will figure something yummy...
After dinner, we will be going swimming at Gramma Cows house again...Erika wanted the boys to come back over...I just need to find a better floatation device for Landon...
But it is fun...I do have a lot of laundry to do so I will probably only stay there until no later than 7:30...too much to do...so little time!
For lunch I have a PB&J sandwich...I am not really a fan of peanut butter, especially chunky, but it was all we had...and then sugar free, but not aspertame, strawberry jam...I am completely against aspertame...I also have plain air popped popcorn to eat if my sandwich doesn't fill me up, and the peach, I didn't eat it yesterday...
I have decided that lots of water is a good thing, you get hungry when you are dehydrated...so stay hydrated, and you won't want to eat as much!
I am also trying a little more to watch what I eat...My wonderful Aunt turned me on to a great website for the glycemic index... www.gilisting.com

Okay, it was yummy, I ate my homemade Chile....mmmmmm....
Then we took Sassy to a friends house to see if she wanted her, but they decided no...I was sad, the liked her, but she just wasn't the greatest with kids, when they run, she runs with them, but she will nip sometimes...I was sad!

Lunch...
I ate the same thing as last night...it was yummy, again!
I made homemade Chile for dinner tonight...started it last night...and it was technically ready to eat this morning...but it is just fine if it is on keep warm...
I plan on doing some walking tonight or playing with the dog, she needs some good quality running time!

Breakfast
I ate kellogs corn flakes for breakfast...with a banana cut up in it...it was yummy...it should hold me over easily until lunch...
Dinner
I did eat a very healthy grilled chicken breast with some homemade cheesy rice, it was yummy!
I get the same thing for lunch today...yea!
I did do a little bit of walking and playing with our BIG puppy...

Lunch...7/15
Okay, so I ate a little more than half a tub, 16oz cottage cheese tub, of whole wheat and cheese raviolli, with fresh peas, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, both salt free...and low sodium...I need to watch that sodium...that can be a killer!
I also ate 1 rainier cherry...I will probably finish the rest of the food by the end of the work day...but not necessarily, I might just eat the rest of the cherries by then...
I am not sure what I am going to make for dinner, maybe chicken, I can go home and take that out of the freezer during lunch...
I can cut it in half, make mine a little less salty and greasy, then cook my kids' a little yummier for them, but still healthy of course! Maybe a nice red leaf lettuce, radish, and cheese salad to go with...with maybe a little potato or rice...not sure on which one sounds the best yet, but as long as I eat it in moderation...it will be good for me.,.and stop when I am full...leftovers are good, they can be a great lunch the next day!
Then afterwards, I will go for a walk with the kids...a good walk...that is refreshing!

Okay, so I started off pretty healthy this morning, I ate wheat puffs with a banana cut up in it, with 2% milk...and I stopped eating when I got full...
I did not get to weigh myself last night because we are still in the process of moving, and I don't know where my scale is...I will have to find it ASAP
Here are my stats..I am guess on weight...
Height: 5'4 1/2"
Weight: 170
Goal Weight: 130 (or less)
Please leave me feedback and suggestions, that way, I know that people are paying attention, so I have to lose the weight...I need the help of others...on my own has not cut it so far!

Weightloss tell all...
Okay, I have not started my weightloss, I am only about 50 pounds over weight...not sure of my exact weight, but I will post all of that tomorrow...I just wanted to start this so that I am held accountable...others will read my progress.
I am doing this on my own, except for those of you who would like to join me. I will be walking every day, and that I will start today...
But it will be healthy eating, which I pretty much do now...no pop, just milk and water...I can't give up my milk...yummmm...
I am not going to be taking diet pills or a diet program, just my own program...
So come and join me and we can lose weight together...I will post more tomorrow about my stats and how my first day is going...
