Okay, so I ate a little more than half a tub, 16oz cottage cheese tub, of whole wheat and cheese raviolli, with fresh peas, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, both salt free...and low sodium...I need to watch that sodium...that can be a killer!
I also ate 1 rainier cherry...I will probably finish the rest of the food by the end of the work day...but not necessarily, I might just eat the rest of the cherries by then...
I am not sure what I am going to make for dinner, maybe chicken, I can go home and take that out of the freezer during lunch...
I can cut it in half, make mine a little less salty and greasy, then cook my kids' a little yummier for them, but still healthy of course! Maybe a nice red leaf lettuce, radish, and cheese salad to go with...with maybe a little potato or rice...not sure on which one sounds the best yet, but as long as I eat it in moderation...it will be good for me.,.and stop when I am full...leftovers are good, they can be a great lunch the next day!
Then afterwards, I will go for a walk with the kids...a good walk...that is refreshing!
