It has been quite a while since I last posted, I have acutally been doing fairly well...I try to eat less, while eating more...meaning, I eat less, but I eat more often, that way I stay full, I eat tiny meals about every 3 hours or so...
I have been getting up and moving quite a bit, walking and swimming...I think I need a bike so I can go bike riding...we have a pull along thing for the kids...I love to ride bikes!
I eat a meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese sandwich for lunch this week...thats pretty darn healthy, then with the swim lessons, well, dinner is hard, but I try to pre make it, so the kids can eat it before they leave the house and meet me at work...and I can have a tub of it during their lessons...that way I get a full tummy and I am not wanting fast food...
I don't know if I am losing weight yet...again, I don't know where my scale is...but I am not losing clothing sizes yet, but I plan to walk a little more once the heat cools down a bit...at 100+ degrees, it is just waaaaayyyyyy toooooooooooo hot to do any thing...thanks for following my journey.
Please post any ideas that you may have, I am very interested in hearing them, and maybe trying them out!
